AI & Copilot

Managed Copilot

Microsoft 365 Copilot can give your team hours back every week. Rolled out carelessly, it can also surface files people were never meant to see. We roll it out in phases so you get the first without the second.

Why “safely” matters

Copilot sees what your people can see

Copilot answers questions from the email, chats, and files each person can already open in Microsoft 365. That is what makes it useful, and it is also the risk: if a salary spreadsheet or a pricing file was shared with the whole company years ago, Copilot will happily summarize it for anyone who asks.

So we start with your data, not the licenses. Discovery finds the workflows worth improving and the permissions that need tightening. Licenses only widen beyond the pilot group after the pilot proves its value and you make a go decision.

The rollout

Five phases, each with a finish line

Every phase ends with something you can hold: a scorecard, a signed policy, a results report, a library your team uses, and a 90-day plan.

  1. Discover Weeks 1–2

Team interviews, an inventory of your workflows scored for where Copilot helps most, and baseline time measurements.

Finish lineReadiness scorecard and ranked workflows

  2. Prepare Weeks 2–3

A permissions and data review that fixes oversharing before anyone gets a license, plus your AI use policy.

    Finish lineSigned AI use policy

  3. Pilot 30 days

A small pilot group works three to five real workflows with weekly check-ins, and we measure the results against your baseline.

Finish lineResults report and a go/no-go decision

  4. Train During pilot and rollout

Role-based training sessions, a prompt and workflow library built for your business, and quick-reference guides.

Finish lineYour own prompt and workflow library

  5. Manage Ongoing, monthly

Support and coaching, adoption reporting, and quarterly business reviews that keep Copilot earning its keep.

Finish lineQuarterly review and the next 90-day plan

Monthly plans

One flat fee for your whole organization

Plans are never priced per seat. Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses are billed at Microsoft’s price, and your plan fee is set after discovery, once we know your scope.

Questions

Before you start

Do we need Microsoft 365 already?

Yes. Copilot works on top of your Microsoft 365 subscription. Discovery confirms which of your licenses qualify and who should get Copilot first.

Is our data used to train the AI?

Microsoft 365 Copilot runs inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant, and Microsoft states that your prompts and business data are not used to train its foundation models. Our job is making sure the right people see the right data inside your tenant.

How do we know it is worth it?

We measure how long your chosen workflows take before the pilot starts. The pilot results report compares against that baseline, so the go/no-go decision is made on your own numbers.

What if the pilot does not work?

Then you don’t widen the rollout. Licenses only go beyond the pilot group after a go decision.
